YourCalc is a product of KnotStranded LLC, an independent software and digital product studio based in Camarillo, California. KnotStranded builds practical tools for real people — no VC funding, no growth hacks, just useful software.

Why We Built It

Most calculator sites are outdated or untrustworthy. We use cited, verified formulas: IRS brackets for tax tools, WHO standards for health metrics, Cockcroft-Gault for clinical dosing, verified engineering standards. Every formula is checked against its source, and each calculator is covered by automated tests that compare its output with worked examples. If you find an error, tell us and we will fix it.

Who Uses YourCalc

We serve a broad audience from financial professionals running quick scenarios to small business owners calculating payroll and tax implications. Students verify homework, engineers sanity-check load calculations, and clinicians use the reference tools to double-check arithmetic.
